Digital Marketing Coordinator
Full Time

The Digital Content Editor role will include but not be limited to:


  • Content Creation across site and social including client content creation and ideation

  • Creating compelling content that is reflective of the brand, relevant and first and/or memorable to our audience

  • Assist in producing the promotion of content across website and social platforms

  • Monitoring all media (including social) for all the big and trending wedding, entertainment, and popular culture stories as relevant for the WW audience.

  • Working to SEO best practices across all forms of content

  • Assist in identifying new content opportunities and initiatives in line with brand positioning and client briefs

  • Assist in monitoring of bugs/issues across the digital properties inclusive of all systems and testing of new site functions and products as required

  • Working with sales on client integration on the site and social implementation as required​

  • Daily community management across social accounts

  • Scheduling and posting daily on Facebook, Instagram direct and stories

  • Creating content and writing for digital magazine

  • Creating and writing post-event wrap ups and communications

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A degree in journalism, communications, media or equivalent

  • Background in a similar role 

  • Highly familiar with the Wedded Wonderland brand

  • Have a love for weddings, events, fashion, beauty and lifestyle

  • Excellent writing and communications skills

  • Experience in online media tools and social media management

  • Knowledge of SEO best practice

  • Experience in writing high-quality online content 


Highly regarded but not necessary

  • Previous experience with paid social media posts

  • Previous experience working on client campaigns 

  • Experience in pre and post event communications​

Sales & Events Executive
Full Time

This role requires in-depth knowledge of the wedding and digital markets, and their offerings. You will be a subject matter expert in delivering marketing solutions to small and large businesses alike, through online, and in-event activations and attendance. A high level of customer service is expected, in conjunction with familiarity of social media management and digital publication. You will take a dynamic approach to event & marketing pitches, and deliver solution oriented sales to businesses based on their objectives with Wedded Wonderland.


You are responsible for;​


  • Meeting targets and KPI’s for Wedded Wonderland and Wedded World including event sponsorship and INSPIRE ticket sales

  • Assist in managing all client requirements for Wedded World, Inspire and ensuring sponsorship are actioned

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and clients

  • Briefing in and assisting in content creation when required- as well as being the "face" when relevant

  • Ensure reporting weekly and monthly sales targets to Sales & Events Manager

  • Using CRM for current pipeline and sales management as a tracking tool

  • Pitching to the relevant brands event and sales opportunities ongoing with WW under the direction of Sales & Events Manager

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key influences in the wedding and event market

  • Building and generating sales leads through multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook and Editorial
